Essentials of Employee Communication

by Tamara L. Gillis, Ed.D., ABC, and John Finney
Fortify your organization with strategic employee communication. Structured on the three steps vital to any communication program—planning, implementation and evaluation—this manual is designed as a start-to-finish solution for professionals executing or supervising new employee communication initiatives. Individual sections also stand alone as invaluable resources.
The authors draw on analysis, research, and the experience of consultants and in-house communication leaders to deliver a fully integrated perspective. Readers will learn from best-practice case studies that address both current technology and the evolving organizational structure.
