What this Starter Kit includes:
An Excel spreadsheet communicators use to identify which of about 50 potentially pertinent criteria may result in different opinions among subgroups of company employees. They then look at each of the potential focus group locations to see which ones are optimal for the selected criteria.

• Helps communicators determine where to go within your organization to conduct the fewest focus groups (for cost and time savings) while obtaining the greatest variety of opinions.
